Lata Mangeshkar’s father Dinanath Mangeshkar was a classical singer. Lata Mangeshkar’s mother’s name was Shevanti, whose name was later changed to Sudhamati. Dinanath’s first wife’s name was Narmada and she was Shevanti’s elder sister.
