Munawar Faruqui was born on 28 January 1992 in Junagadh, Gujarat. Munawar’s real and full name is Munawar Iqbal Faruqui. The whole family of Faruqui is the victim of the Gujarat violence of 2002.
During the Gujarat communal riots, his house was destroyed. At a young age, When Munawar was only 16 years old, he lost her mother. His mother committed suicide. After that, his father shifted Junagadh to Dongri, Mumbai in 2007.
In 2008 his father has serious health issues due to which the responsibility for the marriage of her three sisters fell on Munawar’s shoulders.
After which he started selling utensils in a shop. He used to sell utensils in the shop during the day and complete his computer course at night. After completing a computer course, he worked as a graphic designer in an agency.
During that time he discovered that he himself was an expert in creating a funny line. Also, he decided to make a career as a standup comedian. Controversy
Munawar Faruqui is always at the top of the controversy. In April 2020, Munawar Faruquie landed into controversy when one of his youtube videos get viral, in which he is making fun of Hindu deities Lord Ram Sita and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. After that, he apologized for this also.
